Picking
Preserved and healthy places are chosen to be picking, with a big specific gravity of the plant not to harm bio-diversity.
Crop is manual, sickle and pruning shears are the main tools.
Straight after picking plants is taken to the drier.

 

 

Cultivating

I play biological culture, by waiting for my quality-label Bio
Rotation of cultures, job of the soil with grelinette, pitchfork - spade and cultivator with strawberries.
Provisions: horse's manure, slurry of nettle, slurry of comfrey
Paillage of the soil, recovery of rainwater for irrigation.


Drying

Fast after the crop plants are dried in low temperature and stocked in constant humidity to preserve the maximum of their qualities.

 

Transformations

 

All products are homemade with organic ingrédients.
